My new tv

I got a new t.v. yesterday and it has a bar that rolls up the screen every few seconds. It's not a black bar, just a clear looking bar that stands out. What is wrong with my t.v.?

Sounds like a bad picture tube. Did you buy it new? If so, take that bad boy back.
